Mobile Terms of Service

The P. Johnson mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by P. Johnson (“P. Johnson”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to P. Johnson’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of P. Johnson through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include specials, promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with P. Johnson. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to PJohnson or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other P. Johnson mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We respect your right to privacy. To see how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Notice.

All orders placed are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you. Orders may only be placed by individual customers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale (wholesale customers should contact us direct at enquiries@pjt.com).

After you have placed the order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email with your order number and details of the product you have ordered. This email is only an acknowledgement of receipt and is not an acceptance of your order. The acceptance of your order and a contract of sale between us will not take place until you have been advised the said goods are available and these goods have been paid for in full including any applicable charges. No payment shall be considered to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds.

P Johnson is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days with the exception of pre-orders, which we aim to dispatch within the nominated leadtime displayed on the product page. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders will have a tracking number in order to track delivery. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. P Johnson  can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the credit card/debit card whose details you enter. All credit /debit cards are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order. Furthermore we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We have no responsibility for your bank or card issuer charging you as a result of our processing of your credit /debit card payment in accordance with your order.

If notified before goods have been dispatched, P Johnson can accommodate order cancellations for online purchases. If items have been shipped, P Johnson reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

Order cancellations for made-to-measure or customised products are at the absolution discretion of P Johnson management, and cannot be accommodated if we have commenced production.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, P Johnson shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching an international order of an amount above AUD$1000 . Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.

Freight and returned items are payable by the purchaser.

Vouchers or gift cards can be purchased and redeemed online or in our showrooms. They are valid for three years from the date of purchase. The voucher must be presented when wishing to redeem it. Vouchers are non-refundable.
