As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless execution of both our men's and women’s ready-to-wear lines. Your primary focus will be on developing comprehensive tech packs, managing line sheets, and overseeing the technical construction of our collections, ensuring each piece meets the brand’s high standards of craftsmanship and quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all fabrics undergo thorough testing to meet our durability, performance, and aesthetic standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create detailed tech packs for both men's and women’s ready-to-wear collections.
Manage and update line sheets, ensuring accuracy and clear communication of product specifications. - Oversee fabric testing, working closely with the sourcing team to ensure all materials meet the necessary quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure all technical aspects of garment construction are accurately translated into production.
- Work with manufacturers to communicate construction specifications, materials, and fit.
- Ensure that all product specifications meet brand standards, maintaining consistency across collections.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years experience in product development or technical design for ready-to-wear apparel.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, trims, and fittings.
- Expertise in creating tech packs and managing line sheets.
- Experience with fabric testing and quality assurance in garment production.

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Full Time Warehouse and Stock Coordinator to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office stockroom and facilitate the movement of stock within our business.
Position Overview:
- Packing Online Orders: Accurately pick and pack online orders for shipping, ensuring all items are carefully handled and appropriately packaged for delivery.
- Stock Checks: Assist with regular stock checks, ensuring accurate records of inventory levels and assisting in reordering supplies as needed.
- Stock Transfers: Manage and coordinate stock transfers between locations, ensuring inventory is tracked and stored properly.
- Retail Team Follow-Up: Work with key members of our retail teams to ensure weekly stock deliveries are promptly ticked off.
- Assisting Operations Manager: Support the Operations Manager with general organisation of the office stockroom, including arranging stock, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring all items are in their correct place.
