About the role:

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will support the evolution of our digital brand presence by ensuring that all digital assets shown are accurate and on-brand. This includes everything from product descriptions, site merchandising, eDM creation & social media support.

As the Digital Coordinator, your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Digital Content: upload products to the website. 
  • Product Copy: collaborate with the production & merchandising team to write and upload all product descriptions and care information to accurately present products. Working with these teams to display size and fit information & measurements.
  • Supporting eCommerce Manager & Art Director with seasonal campaign launches; loading of assets on website & various online platforms. 
  • Supporting the ideation of email marketing campaigns. Building, creating and testing campaigns in Klaviyo. 
  • Support with the build of META & Google Ads. Ensuring we are within budget & growing our online presence. 
  • Updating in the marketing calendar, ensuring key deadlines are met. 
  • Keyword research & implementing SEO copy across the P.Johnson online store. 
  • Organising & tracking marketing samples. 
  • General office support, working across teams and supporting when necessary.

P Johnson is seeking a customer service and showroom operations assistant who can tend to customer enquiries and assist with the daily running of the Paddington showroom.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing inbound calls and emails, fulfilling online orders for the Paddington showroom and assisting our retail team with tasks as they arise. Experience in customer service is preferred, but not required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivery of exceptional customer service to all clients of P Johnson.
  • Prompt management of the enquiries inbox and phone, including any associated tasks that arise.
  • Assisting our tailors with client communications.
  • Fulfilment of online orders, as well as management of returns and exchanges.
  • Management of stock transfers between Australian showrooms.
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment.

The successful applicant will be highly organised, driven to achieve sales targets and have an ability to work both independently and in a team environment. It is desirable to have fashion retail experience and experience managing a small team.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
· Client Relationship Management - creating an exceptional shopping experience, nurturing those relationships and growing the retail database. This includes daily and weekly client outreach.
· Styling Expertise: presenting and creating outfitting options for clients, using positive elevated language, building client wardrobes and assisting in training team members to do the same.

Location: NYC

We are seeking a new Client Advisor for our NYC showroom. Our fitters are the heart of our business and are responsible for the smooth operation of our showrooms. This includes greeting and hosting clients, drinks service, sales and general back of house duties. Each fitter receives extensive training in cloth, construction and fitting. Once completed, our fitters have the potential to run smaller showrooms and even travel on interstate and overseas trunk shows.

While experience in clothing is certainly not necessary, passion is an absolute must. This isn't a run of the mill retail gig - we're looking for people who want a career in clothing. What we can provide is a commitment to ensuring role satisfaction and career development.
