Estelle Manor & P. Johnson 2026

Estelle Manor & P. Johnson 2026

What does partnering with a tailoring-first house add to the member experience?

At Estelle Manor, every detail is thoughtfully curated, so it is important that any partnership reflects the same commitment to craftsmanship, design and attention to detail that defines the member experience. P Johnson felt like a natural fit because of its tailoring-first approach and shared appreciation for quality and considered design.
Beyond the collaboration itself, the partnership reinforces what members and guests can expect from The Muse. We’re always looking to introduce exceptional brands, unexpected categories and pieces that can’t easily be found elsewhere in the UK - and sometimes anywhere else in the world. Working with P Johnson allows us to bring that sense of discovery to life through a collection that feels both distinctive and highly collectible.

How will guests encounter the capsule beyond the rail?

The collection will be available to purchase in Estelle Manor’s on-site boutique, The Muse and in late June it will also be available online. The design reflects a dialogue between two brands and captures the spirit of summer at Estelle Manor. Vibrant Oxfordshire-inspired floral prints reference the landscape surrounding the property, while pieces such as the swim shorts and linen separates are intended to be worn across the estate. It also serves as a brand touchpoint for guests, reflects our commitment to creating products that feel unique to Estelle Manor and shares the detail we pride ourselves in – e.g. the “E.M.” monogrammed linen shirts offer a subtle reference to traditional British tailoring.

It’s a summer capsule designed to feel effortless, elevated and rooted in a sense of place. And the story we’re telling is simple: Who better to celebrate the start of summer with than a cornerstone of Australian fashion? This collaboration brings together P Johnson’s relaxed Australian sensibility with Estelle Manor’s distinctly British point of view.

Has Estelle Manor done any fashion collaborations before?

This is the first menswear collaboration for The Muse, but partnerships have always been an important part of how we build the Estelle Manor world. We regularly work with brands and makers we admire, whether that’s a collaborative swimsuit with Hunza G, a partnership with heritage Roman pyjama maker Schostal, or commissioning Perfumer H founder Lynn Harris to create the signature scent used throughout the property.

Our approach is always the same: identify exceptional designers, craftspeople and manufacturers from around the world and work together to create something unique to Estelle Manor. The P Johnson collaboration is a continuation of that philosophy, translated into menswear for the first time.

A WORD FROM PATRICK

Dear Folks,

No offence, but, as an antipode when I think of British hospitality the first thing that comes to mind is misanthropic hotelier Basil Fawlty’s cartwheeling limbs, salivary outbursts and steaming ears. Not a fair reference I understand - “Well, may I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeasts swinging majestically…”

I would happily gaze from the windows of Estelle Manor all day long and nobody is redefining the landscape of British hospitality better than these guys. You may have noticed our determination to partner with the best hotels on earth and for the UK there was an obvious leader. Built in the 1770’s, and formerly known as Eynsham Hall, this ‘very big house in the country’ has at hand 3000 acres of majestic rolling Oxfordshire countryside. The estate is 25 hectares with a private members club yet non-member guests can stay at the beautiful Grade II listed landmark manor itself and still be treated to many of the amenities. There are Eynsham’s Roman baths, outdoor pursuits like fishing, hunting and cycling, three acclaimed restaurants, all sorts of wellnessness stuff to make you better and many family centred activities. A slice of Jacobethan splendour worth visiting.

We have produced a little summer capsule of essentials available at the hotel’s store, The Muse. A linen cap in white, navy and chocolate, a warranted Irish linen pop-over in navy and off white with our signature internal pocket so your pipe or whatever doesn’t fall out, a few snazzy printed cotton neckerchiefs and of course our finest wood-toggled and quick dry swimmers, all embellished with an offset-style print centred around the native Oxlip flower (Primula elatior) which conveniently looks a bit like a hibiscus for those good vacation sensations.

All pieces are exclusive to the manor, except the swimmers which will be available in limited numbers in P Johnson showrooms globally.

"You ponce in here expecting to be waited-on hand and foot, while I'm trying to run a hotel here!"

Lolz,

- PJ
