HOLIDAY GIFT EDIT
One stop shop.
No problem, you’re welcome. This holiday season we have made the whole gifting task tres facile. We are your one stop establishment for all things giving, and to make it easy, we have conveniently split your recipient into four types: 1. The absolute pain who has everything and insists ‘Nooo, don’t get me anything’ and you’re like ‘Noooo don't be silly, I have to!’ said with a strained smile 2. The tag-checker with expensive taste who will definitely need a receipt. 3. The one you like most; the one to whom you would donate your last potato chip. 4. Yours truly, pour moi, thou, one’s self.

Type 1. Already has it.
They might have everything but they likely don’t have sunglasses like the man who did, actually, have everything: Aristotle Onassis (what do you get the man who even had a whaling fleet?). The ASO, a bit perfidious looking like its namesake but wisened as all hell and hey, it’s not a moral scorecard. Add some cashmere lined gloves to the box and your beneficiary can peel them off slowly and slap the faces of insolent waiters.

Type 2. Tag nag.
Give this type the thing that obviously isn’t the most expensive thing you could find but they will definitely use the most, then catch them using it and make light of it being a ‘great value’ find. The new nylon tote is a great example - robust, perfectly sized and chic.

Type 3. Dearest.
This is the fun one, basically you buy them what you want because that feels fuzzy for you both. The Tilda sunglasses are made in Italy from top-shelf acetate and wear very lightly, a great combination with the new black suede Arden belt, a very chic accessory duo.

Type 4. You.
Gift shopping needs its own self-reward system. Here are some suggestions. The Mollie one piece, partly because gifting swimwear is a trifle tricky and partly because this maillot is simply gorgeous, figure shaping and with subtle, retrograde elegance. Men, the canvas sand shoe is insurmountable as a summer slip on, just tread the heel down like it’s normal and wear it with our collectible chainmail swimmers and the new Bernard tee in a jersey double - enzyme washed back to a nonchalant, sun-kissed appeal.
