The Tia skirt carries a clean straight-cut in a full length maxi skirt, crafted from an elegant silk dupioni and fully lined in silk for a smooth, fluid finish. Designed with a minimal waistless silhouette and an invisible hemline, it offers an understated foundation to pair seamlessly with our chocolate dupioni range.

In China, you can trace the origins of dupioni plain weave silk back at least 5700 years(!). Coveted for its smooth warp and irregular slubbed wefts formed from conjoined silk cocoons that decorate the cloth with random horizontal slubs.

The cloth is fresh, breathable and strong with a subtle and elegant lustre, and dynamic movement. Standing with a firmer structure away from the body it is easy to become addicted to its versatility and feeling.
