A versatile blazer option for year round wear, a stalwart of our made-to-measure range using our open weave merino wool suiting. The light cloth brings a casual drape to this classic fit, erring on the loose side to keep things comfortable. Pair with the High Twist trouser for a readily available suiting option.

If you had a merino sheep and you sheared it, scoured the wool clean, measured off exactly 1kg and then twisted and stretched it into 140 kilometres of smooth worsted yarn, you would have an ‘s140 yarn’.

One of our favourite partner mills in Biella has taken an especially tightly twisted version of the yarn and made it into a crepe-like, matte and dry-touch plain weave.

Being a plain weave the fabric wants to stand confidently creating pleasing straight lines and yet because of the rather decadent s140 yarn the cloth retains a light-weight sensual movement.
