Assistant Accountant, Sydney 
Full Time 

Based in Paddington, Sydney, the position will report directly to the CFO and be primarily responsible for supporting our rapidly expanding growth. 

This role will involve working closely with the CFO and management team with all aspects of reporting, analysis and special projects. A successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role and Bachelor's qualifications in a relevant degree. The candidate must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a keen eye for detail.

Production & Planning Assistant, Melbourne
Full Time 

We are currently looking for a passionate and hardworking Planning & Production Assistant to join our Melbourne team. Based in Windsor, Melbourne, the position will report directly into the Production Manager and be primarily responsible for supporting them in daily tasks, development and reporting. The successful candidate must be have experience with Microsoft Excel, possess exceptional organisational skills, be a critical thinker have a keen eye for detail and a can-do, will-do  attitude. This is an exciting learning opportunity in the world of menswear and production. 
A Mandarin speaker is not essential but highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:
• Coordination and tracking of orders from placement to delivery
• Maintaining, reporting and analysing internal production database
• Communicating with our suppliers/workshops to meet deadlines
• Coordination of design tools eg. fabric swatches, for both retail and wholesale teams
• Assisting the Production Manager with daily tasks
• Maintaining fabric sample library and supplier resources
 
Required skills:
• Intermediate Excel & Word
• Ability to multi task and react to change
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Proactive & hands on attitude
• Team player and ability to work with others
